How should I prepare for my first treatment?

For your comfort it is recommended not to have a massage on a full stomach. Wait at least one hour after eating, preferably two.

Our massages last for at least 90 minutes, so please allow adequate time to be able to enjoy the experience.

It’s best to be comfortable during your massage, so we recommend undressing to your underwear (cycling shorts are also great). You will be covered by sarongs at all times.

Please advise of any medical or emotional conditions and allergies prior to your appointment (some conditions may require a doctor’s note).

As your body temperature may drop during your treatment, we recommend that your massage is carried out in a warm room, or you have blankets to hand.

Females are advised to avoid booking massages during your menstrual period.

After Care

We recommend booking regular treatments to practice and improve your breath-work and to get deeper into the stretches.

Drink plenty of water. This helps to rehydrate the muscles and soft tissues that have just been worked.

Avoid any strenuous activity after your treatment. It is a time to be gentle with yourself and relax.

We advise to avoid drinking alcohol on the same day as your treatment.
