About Me

For the past 15 years, I have worked as a personal assistant for some of the biggest names in fashion and retail. As inspiring as it was to be surrounded by such talented creatives, it never felt quite enough. Something was missing. I wanted more. I wanted to connect with people on a deeper level.

In 2019, I decided to leave London behind and take a step into the unknown in search of a greater purpose. Being a proud and passionate biracial woman, I delved deeper into my Indian roots.

Leaving London, my worries and even my phone behind (a difficult task for a former PA!), I sought clarity at a silent meditation centre. Here, away from the distractions of modern life, I realised the benefits of meditation and alternative therapies.

I’ve always loved the idea of helping others and know all too well the effects modern life can have on your wellbeing. I want to offer others a release and escape from our hectic lives.

Combining my love of yoga (I practice every day and will be completing a teacher training course in India) and my past training as a massage therapist, I discovered Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and its creator, Master Kusum Modak.

Based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate interconnection between the mind, body and spirit, the Ayurveda way – which is believed to have originated in India more than 3,000 years ago – deeply resonates with me. It looks at the body as a whole, to help us all lead happy, healthier and kinder lives.

I still have a lot to learn about Ayurveda and the Yoga world but as I start my path, I can’t wait to share it with you…
